Swander Pace Capital-Backed Recochem, Inc. Acquires License for H2Blu from Wakefield, Inc.

MONTREAL, QC – Recochem Inc., a Swander Pace Capital portfolio company and a leading Montreal-based manufacturer and distributor of household chemical products and automotive fluids, has acquired the license for the H2Blu brand of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) from Wakefield Inc. The acquisition is part of Recochem’s long-term strategic growth strategy in the Canadian market, a key initiative that was put in place when the firm was acquired by Swander Pace Capital in May 2014.
