Amy Li joined SPC in 2017. She evaluates and executes new investment opportunities, works closely with several portfolio companies.
Amy serves on the boards of Cafe Valley, Captek and The J.R. Watkins Company and previously served on the boards of Functional Formularies, Patriot Pickle and T-Bev.
Prior to joining SPC, Amy worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer and Retail Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and various debt and equity financing activities.
She received a BA degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University, where she was co-captain of the women’s varsity tennis team. She has completed seven marathons.
