Michael Puza

Michael Puza joined SPC in 2022. Michael evaluates and executes new investment opportunities and works closely with existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining SPC, Michael was an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at Truist Securities where he advised clients on a range of debt, equity, and M&A transactions. He received a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
